Information Technology (IT) is changing the way modern businesses operate. The IT industry has created numerous job opportunities for people with IT and other interdisciplinary skills.

The MSc in Information Technology program is designed to bridge the gap between IT
and business. The program is suitable for current and aspiring professionals who want to develop, implement, operate and manage information systems in a variety of
organizations. Students will have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge to face the challenges of the industry.

They will have a firm grasp of current and future effects of the convergence of computing, telecommunications, information technology and other related sectors.

The program offers 9 courses (modules) and 1 project paper. Students are especially encouraged to undertake projects that are interdisciplinary in nature.



The program structure is as follows:
*9 courses (8×4 + 1×3 credits) — 35 credit hours
*1 Project Paper                       — 5 credit hours
Total                                         — 40 credit hours

Admission Requirements

A recognized Bachelor degree (with or without prior work experience) in a related field with minimum CGPA of 2.50 (on a 4-point scale); or A recognized Bachelor degree (with CGPA below 2.5) in a related field will be considered if the applicant has minimum of 5 years working experience.

Any other professional qualification that is deemed equivalent to a Bachelor degree; and Proof of English Proficiency such as IELTS (6.0), TOEFL PBT (410-413)/ TOEFL IBT (600) or other English placement results (If your previous
schooling has not been in English or Non-Native English speakers.)
